Needing A Sing-a-long
I totally can't stop listening to these tonight....I'm able to really relate to these lyrics. Where's my girls and my car I think these are the new 'belt them outs' for a road trip haha.

Charlotte Rutherford Update
I've blogged about this photographer before, I discovered her work a while ago through http://www.modelmayhem.com/ and recently I have found new some newer work from her which has really caught my eye. I find her ability to put a fairydust like atmosphere through her images in both location and studio shoots is incredible and I would really like to collaborate with her in the near future if possible.
Below is some of her newer images

Seaside Time Is Soon Missed...
Sunshine is quickly leaving us which is upsetting as it means it's another 6 months or more until I can start doing random trips with friends to my favourite nearby seaside visits to Hunstanton, Cromer, Wells & Great Yarmouth. Below was a few snaps I took when I was last at Cromer - this gives you the old classic look of a very old seaside town compared to the rest who have modernised.
Lunchtime Charity Shopping
So the other day I was on my lunch break and fancied a little bit of a bargain hunt going on as I swept through as many charity shops as I quickly could in such short time and managed to find this gorgeous little vintage Baldan Italia brown leather envelope clutch bag for £2 - now just need to find the perfect outfit for it to match with. My friend joined me whilst I was shopping and then I spotted a dress followed by a 'wow - get it' from my friend. The dress being navy blue with shocking green bold prints all over it and large gold bottons in a tea dress style cut. It's definately a bit crazy and out there but for £3 I was just drawn to it.....think it needs a belt and a contrasting colour bag for a smashing look personally. Currently I can't work out what the label is...if anyone has any ideas let me know, it's to script like for me to work out oops.

The 14+ Model Search
So funnily enough myself being 6'0" tall I always here the 'you should be a model' line from people I meet....and I heard it even more when I was in London recently, so I was starting to think about it more when I suddenly have one of my closest friends send me this link from style369.com / evans.co.uk who are searching for a new face along with top model agents models1. The winner gets a photoshoot as the new face of style369, or feature in the new evans 2012 campaign, £1000 shopping spree with style369 & evans, consultation with models1 & tickets to a models1 event. You can apply online or visit 12 different locations around the UK where scouts from models1 will be on the hunt.....looks like I'm off to the Bluewater casting call to try my luck in November then.
Style School
So from the 12th september - 16th september I joined 6 other amazing girls in a studio near Ladbrook Grove to learn more about the industry from course director - stylist Alex Longmore and her industry friends. The course covered lots of different aspects of the idustry including; Journalism, PR, Editors, Video Journalism, Vintage Buying, Model Agents, Assistant Stylists and more....
I had no idea I would meet such a warm, friendly and funny bunch of people as I did in that week - it was so hard to say goodbye but I'm sure it won't be the last time I see them all.
On the final day we got to do a shoot (60's theme) in a studio in Fulham with models from modelbookings.com, hair by Saks, make up artists from the Jemma Kidd Academy and photographer Tiffany Mumford - all very talented people who made the day very enjoyable.
We all had to film on the last day about what we had done at style school, so when that video is up I will post it on here for you to know more about the week from everyonelse.
So here's a few pictures from behind the scenes of the week and at the very bottom my final images, enjoy.

These collections were so hard to cut down as I would say over 50% of them caught my eye straight off so here's my top 10 favourites overall and then a small number of photos from the selected ultimate amazing collections....if you can't guess I was drawn to the bold colour collections - it's a summer collection must personally and I also found myself drawn to the long line dress' and skirts with lots of great movement.

V&A
Postmodernism Exhibition
(September 24th 2011 - 15th January 2012)
This just came up on my visit to the official V&A website, so I'm sure I'll soon be down London again to see this exhibition on style & subversion of the 1970's - 1990's.
Here's a few images below from the website so you have a small idea of what to expect.
